Can I store dog ice cream with human ice cream?
Absolutely. IceDog has a veterinary registration number and is made in sterile, controlled environments. It’s perfectly safe to keep in the same freezer as your snacks.
Do I need a special license to sell IceDog?
No special permits needed. It’s a fully approved, factory-sealed frozen product — ready for retail.
What do I need during official inspections?
Just the purchase invoice to confirm legal origin. IceDog meets all standards and has complete documentation, so inspections are smooth and trouble-free. If you need help — we’re always here!
How do you deliver the ice cream?
We ship across Poland in insulated thermal boxes with dry ice — the ice cream arrives frozen solid. Pop it into the freezer once the courier hands it over.
What should I do with the thermal box after delivery?
Easy! You’ll find a return label in the box. We arrange the courier (usually 2 days after delivery) — you just stick the label on and hand it over. Zero waste.
